Pilots of the Revelation

There are four active squads of pilots on the Revelation. Each squad is composed of five different divisions and there are five pilots to each division. Division leaders are often referred to as team leaders. If ever there is a full scale combat requiring mobilization of more than one squadron, the wing commander of the ship is usually involved in the battle and in charge. The order of command for all pilots, in addition to basic command ranks, from lowest to highest is division leader, squadron leader, and wing commander. In the cases with a large attack fleet and several ships involved, there is sometimes a specialized rank of fleet commander, which is the wing commander in charge of all pilots in the fleet.

When flying a mission this order of command is considered to be of top priority, even more important than basic ship command structure making the order of the wing commander more important than an order from the captain of the ship. This is mainly because the wing commander is the most experienced pilot and believed to be able to assess the situation of the pilots in combat better than an outside observer. Of course, the wing commander is to take all orders from the captain. The lives and safety of all pilots fall under the responsibility of the wing commander in this situation.

Call Signs: All pilots are issued a call sign. This is a name the pilot uses while on a mission. Call signs are typically only one or two words. An important purpose for using call signs is to conceal identities if communications are being overheard. This helps to keep the enemies knowledge of the rank of a pilot and the chain of command more secret to prevent enemies from choosing commanders as primary targets in combat. The call sign of a pilot is issued before the end of flight training.

Division Names: Each division on a ship is given a name. This name helps to identify each team with assignments. In the middle of a combat, it is easier to give a division name than to list each individual pilot. During combat, certain divisions are often linked together. For example, if the First Division is given an order it may also apply to the Second and Third Division without the need to state it because that is the way it is set up on a particular ship. This helps with quick deployment during battle. A division name is typically given by the team's squadron leader and is done when the team is first formed. There are times when a division name will change after it has already been formed. For a division's name to be changed, it means they have done something worthy of their name being changed and is usually viewed as an honor.

Squadron Titles: The title of a squadron is dependant upon the type of ship they are deployed on. For example, exploration class squadrons are all based upon the names of various gems while battle class squadrons tend to be named after ancient melee weapons.

Note: One of the main focuses of the game are the pilots. While the player characters are the focus of the game, there are several other pilots that are important. Below is a series of links describing the other teams or important members.

Flight Deck Leaders

In charge of the entire Flight Deck is the Wing Commander. The Wing Commander is the department head and when in battle the one who leads and coordinates all the pilots. Helping ease the responsibility of the Wing Commander are the Squadron Leaders, and helping the Squadron Leaders are the Team Leaders. To pilots, the word of the Wing Commander is typically viewed higher than even the captain.

Name: Lt. Commander Noria Elan.

Gender: Female.

Race: Porcupine.

Squadron: Wing Commander (Position).

Division: Shadow Strike (Division 00).

Call Sign: Divine Wind.

Notes: She is a female pilot who is as skilled as she is beautiful to look at, and just as dangerous to touch. The quills on her body make it dangerous for all but the most careful to touch her. These spikes also require her to have a specialized seat in the cockpit of her fighter. She is the team leader of the Shadow Strike division and Wing Commander of the Revelation.

During the Jawaguar Invasion she was one of the many pilots who served under the Fleet Wing Commander Thomas Briggs, call sign Nightmare. After the Invasion came to its conclusion he continued to look after her and helped her get a post on the Revelation as the Emerald Squadron leader. With Deathstorm having left, the Holiday Sweets and Gauntlet missing, and Nightmare being needed on the bridge Lt. Regal Jantil, call sign Warlock, and Lt. Elan effectively ran the flight crew of the Revelation unofficially for months.

Both proved fairly capable of being promoted to the new Wing Commander of the Revelation. Warlock willingly stepped back to give her the position while he accepted a posting as the new Wing Commander of the Scry. The previous Wing Commander of the Scry was hit by a rift distortion of the enemy during the final battle to take back Terra, his entire craft swallowed hole.

Squad 1: Diamond Squadron

The Diamond Squadron is the first squadron of the Revelation. It consists of the First through Twenty-Fifth Divisions. In a battle situation the sole purpose of the Diamond Squadron is to protect the ship, shooting down incoming missiles and enemy fighters. Current squadron leader is Lt. Mardo Pollux, team leader of Deathstorm.

Name: Lt. Mardo Pollux.

Gender: Male.

Race: Sparrow.

Squadron: Diamond.

Division: Deathstorm (Division 01).

Call Sign: Razorwing.

Notes: He is the leader of the First Ship Defense Division of the Revelation, more commonly referred to as Deathstorm. This division name was given to them after the astonishing piloting skills they demonstrated during the Jawaguar Invasion. The fact they were only pilots in training made their display all the more impressive. These five pilots (Lt. Junior Grade Lanix Morant was not yet a part of their division) destroyed a large number of enemy fighters and played a key role in holding the defense line guarding the evacuation of civilian transports at the Mars Colony.

This fact has caused them to become one of the most famous divisions in all the Terran military. Mardo Pollux gaining the rank of lieutenant at such an early stage in his career only adds to the reputation of this division. In honor of his skill and their accomplishments during the Jawaguar Invasion, he has been allowed to pilot the officer's model Phoenix Class fighter. The honor was made all the more impressive as when it was issued he was not a Lt. Commander or even a squadron leader.

However due to the special circumstances of it being issued to him he is not allowed to equip it with the self-destruct device. This fact is fine by him as he doesn't like the idea of a no win situation where such a device would be required. When Gauntlet, his former squad leader, was promoted to Wing Commander he was promoted to the leader of Diamond Squadron.

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Lanix Morant.

Gender: Male.

Race: Duck.

Squadron: Diamond.

Division: Deathstorm (Division 01).

Call Sign: Fell Swoop.

Notes: Lanix is the youngest and newest member of this team. He was assigned to Death Storm as the gunner of Lt. Pollux once he was issued the Phoenix Class. Being a member of such a well-known team he often feels he has something to prove and can be quick to take just about any challenge. He focuses a lot of time in physical training; and he has the muscles and fighting skills to prove it.

Name: Lt. Shamis Bokill.

Gender: Male.

Race: Budgie.

Squadron: Diamond.

Division: Deathstorm (Division 01).

Call Sign: Steel Beak.

Notes: This is the second in command of Death Storm. Lt. Pollux and they are close friends with a strong sense of trust between them. Within the division his skills as a pilot are second only to Lt. Pollux. Even when up against the entire Terran military he is still considered one of the best. The reason for this is in part due to his piloting skills, but also due to his ability to come up with strategies even when in the middle of combat. In honor of the actions of the Death Storm division during the Jawaguar Invasion, the entire squad has been allowed to heavily upgrade their fighters. Due to their piloting role on the Revelation of defending the ship, they all pilot Demolisher Class fighters.

Name: Lt. Walt Endegear.

Gender: Male.

Race: Owl.

Squadron: Diamond.

Division: Deathstorm (Division 01).

Call Sign: Air Whisper.

Notes: Though a skilled pilot, his true expertise on the team comes from his abilities to gather information. He has a knack for moving stealthily and getting a job done without ever being noticed. However, as a member of the Diamond squadron whose sole purpose is to defend the ship, these skills tend to go unused. Despite this fact, his piloting skills should not be underestimated as he is still a member of the famous Death Storm team.

Name: Lt. Eric Samson.

Gender: Male.

Race: Pigeon.

Squadron: Diamond.

Division: Deathstorm (Division 01).

Call Sign: Feathered Death.

Notes: Due to this pigeon heritage, he is often viewed as a low class bird by the rest of the squad. This often causes him to be considered the worst pilot in the squad, even though by skill alone he is third and on nearly equal level to Lt. Junior Grade Bokill. Unfortunately this type of racism also extends to most of the members of his team. Despite his personal feelings, Lt. Pollux will not allow his view of him get in the way of their duty and will use his skills to best serve the team.

Name: Lt. Draven Galgrave.

Gender: Male.

Race: Raven.

Squadron: Diamond.

Division: Deathstorm (Division 01).

Call Sign: Talon Strike.

Notes: He is one of the quietest members of the team. An expert pilot like the rest of the team, he also has excellent computer skills which include the ability to hack and cyberjack into systems. When in combat he is best known for quick attacks delivered with great precision. He can often be found in the arcade of the Revelation.

Squad 2: Onyx Squadron

Onyx Squadron is the second squadron of the Revelation. Twenty-Sixth through Fiftieth Divisions are included here. When the ship is under attack the sole purpose of the Onyx Squadron is to attack the enemy, to either defeat them or put them on the defensive and ease tensions on the Revelation. The current squad leader is Lt. Marxcel., team leader of Clockwork.

Name: Lt. Caspen Marxcel.

Gender: Male.

Race: Mockingbird.

Squadron: Onyx.

Division: Clockwork (Division 26).

Call Sign: Orange.

Notes: Once he was considered among the best pilots and highly respected. However, due to an unfortunate incident during the selection of the original explorer class ship candidates his name was removed from the list. His career hit a dead end until the Black Shell incident. When the final battle began he managed to commandeer a flight squadron and lead them in an attack against one of the Black Shell complexes. This recent victory has brought his name to attention of the higher ups once again.

When he runs a mission he requires unquestioning obedience. While this may sound conceited, it is well deserved. His plans can run as smooth as 'clockwork' and, when carried off correctly, often rely on precision timing. Hesitation leads to death, and anyone who will hesitate or argue has no place in his squadron. He is more flexible when it comes to other squads and when not carrying out one of his missions.

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Hatheir Roseed.

Gender: Female.

Race: Blue Hen.

Squadron: Onyx.

Division: Clockwork (Division 26).

Call Sign: Peach.

Notes: Second in command for team Clockwork. Since Orange has more of a 'no nonsense' type of attitude she often serves as his voice. She has his complete trust and will often carry out his debriefings or deal with those under him when not on a strictly mission basis. Though she is extended a considerable degree of latitude in this regards it is important to note she is not the squadron or team leader.

Of all the members of team Clockwork she has been with him the longest, while he was still on another team. After he was dropped many of his other former teammates continued on to join explorer class ships being assigned to different teams, but she refused the assignment deciding it was more important to stay with Orange. Her loyalty has caused her to stay with him through his worst times and now has awarded her considerable advantages as he's earned his second chance.

Squad 3: Ruby Squadron

The third squadron of the Revelation is Ruby Squadron. It contains the Fifty-First through Seventy-Fifth Divisions of the Revelation. Ruby Squadron is one of the flight squads that are kept flexible. In battle they are to help where needed when called to do so. They are also one of the only two squads that actively go on missions to planets. Ruby Squadron's current leader is Lt. Talis, team leader of Griffon.

Name: Lt. Brody Talis.

Gender: Male.

Race: Flying Squirrel.

Squadron: Ruby.

Division: Griffon (Division 51).

Call Sign: Starscream.

Notes: Originally the team leader for Liger. The team had an early rivalry with team Sapphire Dragon (Trent's former team) and quickly rose to become the top team of Ruby Squadron. He had piloted a Dual Strike with Starblaze as his gunner and his second in command, but when she asked for a transfer he granted it. Since that time he has never piloted another Dual Strike, refusing to team with anyone but her. When Gauntlet took apart all the teams he was put in charge of team Griffon. He has continued to serve well, though has never had the same connection with this team as he did with his first.

While the Revelation had broken away from Terra leading up to the Black Shell Incident the flight crew suffered heavy losses, both in battle and as a result of leaving. The Wing Commander Gauntlet, Diamond Squadron leader Razorwing, and Onyx Squadron leader Easter Egg had all left for one reason or another. During this time Starscream received a field promotion to the rank of lieutenant and became temporary squadron leader of Onyx. Once the Black Shell Incident was resolved he requested a transfer and was granted a permanent position as Ruby Squadron leader.

Squad 4: Emerald Squadron

The fourth and final squadron of the Revelation is Emerald Squadron. Stationed to this squadron are the Seventy-Sixth to One Hundredth Divisions. In battle they go were needed when ordered. They can attack, defend, carry out flanking maneuvers, or do something else to try and bring a battle to its end quickly, but still need to follow the Squadron Leader who in turn follows the Wing Commander. This is one of the squadrons that actively go on missions to planets and help explore. The current squad leader is Lt. Noras, leader of team Reflection.

Name: Lt. Quia Noras.

Gender: Female.

Race: Dolphin.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Reflection (Division 76).

Call Sign: Echo.

Notes: An underwater specialist. She led one of the head teams on the battle class ship Rebellion. During the Black Shell incident she actually fought against the Revelation and did an excellent job. Though she fought on the other side of the conflict her loyalties are not in question. Like so many others involved she was not a member of Black Shell, but a soldier trying to defend her home against an attacking alien fleet. Divine Wind personally recruited her for this assignment.

Being promoted after the Black Shell incident this is her first assignment as a squadron leader making her the least experienced of all those on an explorer class ship. As the least experienced she definitely has the most to prove, but she has displayed considerable aptitude thus far and has made her way through the ranks quickly. She is ambitious and not afraid to take chances. There are those who believe this will cause her to take one risk too many and deaths will result, but others believe this will make her only a better leader.

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Julius Kade.

Gender: Male.

Race: Vesper Bat, red fur.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Reflection (Division 76).

Call Sign: Mirror.

Notes: The second in command for team Reflection. His specialty lies in sensor analysis and in his organizational skills. He serves as the backseater to Rebound (a vagrant shrew). If Echo succeeds as a squadron leader it may only be do to his aid helping her through these early days.

Other Squadrons

Division 12: Guardian Spirits

Division 24: Bitter Discord

Division 33: Infinite Conflict

Division 50: Black Pearl

Division 52: Solstice

Division 53: Dark Horse

Name: Lt. Mazer S. Valent.

Fighter Model: Reconnaissance.

Gender: Male.

Race: Ant.

Squadron: Ruby.

Division: Dark Horse.

Call Sign: The Ender.

Specialty: Strategist.

Notes: Being born an ant, he's considered a "rogue" by his race because he doesn't follow the single colony mind led by a queen. Instead, he broke away and became independent. Such things are rare in an ant colony, but not unheard of. Other rogues are recorded in history, but rarely more than one every century or longer. While they have no ill will towards him, rogues are viewed as useless to the colony as a whole.

Not only is he a rogue (independent), but he's become the leader of others and an excellent tactician and strategist. The SEP considers his former colony's loss their gain. Had he remained part of the colony he would be only an insignificant worker, one among many, but in the SEP he's one of the greatest military minds to come out of the SEP Academy.

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Remwood Bosch.

Fighter Model: Reconnaissance.

Gender: Male.

Race: Tasmanian Devil.

Squadron: Ruby.

Division: Dark Horse.

Call Sign: Typhoon.

Specialty: Combat, with an emphasis on gun combat.

Notes: A man with an all consuming appetite. Some say he can eat all day and still never get full. His call sign is a combination of his "devilish" eating habits as well as his combat techniques. Even though he's a high ranked marksman, whenever he gets into a battle there's always a path of destruction to follow in his wake. No matter what he tries the area always ends up looking like a typhoon hit the place.

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Seth Knightly.

Fighter Model: Reconnaissance.

Gender: Male.

Race: Wolf, brown fur.

Squadron: Ruby.

Division: Dark Horse.

Call Sign: Knives.

Specialty: Combat, specializing with knives.

Notes: His expertise with knives, both in close combat and thrown, earned him his call sign.

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Gren Synd.

Fighter Model: Reconnaissance.

Gender: Male.

Race: Black Egret.

Squadron: Ruby.

Division: Dark Horse.

Call Sign: Vicious.

Specialty: Black Ops and sword training.

Notes: His call sign originates from his personality. While he's a very calm and controlled individual, those who get on his wrong side see a more ruthless personality. He is an expert with the sword and carries one everywhere he goes. There are rumors that say he's so fast with his sword that he's actually capable of parrying bullets with it.

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Jay Einum.

Fighter Model: Reconnaissance.

Gender: Male.

Race: Swordfish.

Squadron: Ruby.

Division: Dark Horse.

Call Sign: Spike.

Specialty: Sleight of hand and martial arts.

Notes: Not only the best pilot on the team, he ranks in the top 50 of all SEP pilots. As a credit to his skill, his fighter is specially modified with a Burst Cannon, usually only reserved for the Phoenix class, that is attached to the bottom of his Reconnaissance class below the cockpit and extends out passed the nose. In addition to his skills as a pilot he's noted as having fast hands.

Division 58: Wanderer's Gate

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Donlan McQueen.

Fighter Model: Strike (Upgraded).

Gender: Male.

Race: Mongoose.

Squadron: Ruby.

Division: Wanderer's Gate.

Call Sign: Blade.

Specialty: Combat specialist, Team leader.

Notes: Originally assigned to team Liger under the command of Lt. Junion Grade Brody Talis, call sign Starscream. The team excelled and became one of the best teams in Ruby Squadron. However, after Gauntlet took over as Wing Commander he restructured all the teams and Blade soon found himself under the command of Blood Fang on team Harbinger. Tragedy struck though when Blood Fang was killed in battle.

In the final battle of the Black Shell Incident he helped play an important role in bringing the conflict to an end. During the incident and throughout his career he proved he can looks out for other members of his team and showed the potential to lead. When Starscream was promoted to Ruby Squadron leader, giving Blade the promotion to team leader was one of his first acts.

His current team is a young one. Out of seven members, four are ensigns fresh out of the SEP Academy, and an alien who has never served in the SEP before. The second most experienced member on his team is Starblaze, who he once served with on Liger. This could be a weakness as they are untested, or it could prove a blessing as he's able to help shape them into the officer's that are most needed. Only time will tell for sure.

Name: Ensign Marq Clantell.

Fighter Model: Dual Strike.

Gender: Male.

Race: Scorpion.

Squadron: Ruby.

Division: Wanderer's Gate.

Call Sign: Stinger.

Specialty: Black ops.

Notes: Clever and resourceful, he's an expert at stealth. He has extensive training as a sniper, demolitions, and trap construction. His training includes urban, wilderness, and dessert tactics. While this training has limited applications to survival or standard warfare, it is beneficial to know places to hide and use the environment to his advantage.

A rather pessimistic individual, he tends to see the worst in everything and everyone. Some consider him morbid, but he is known as referring to as practical. When someone thinks everything is going to be okay is when they can be caught off guard, but by keeping a grim view of the world he is best prepared for whatever may come next. Even though he's pessimistic he is not a quitter.

He believes there are always options to a bad situation and will fight claw and stinger to find them, then have another ten options for when those options don't work out. In this way he tries to not only stay one step of the enemy, but of himself and the rest of the world. Oddly, he seems convinced that he'll one day meet his end by not being prepared for a situation. Though he doesn't know when that will come, he intends to hold it off for as long as possible.

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Ela Grayson.

Fighter Model: Dual Strike (Gunner).

Gender: Female.

Race: Swan.

Squadron: Ruby.

Division: Wanderer's Gate.

Call Sign: Starblaze.

Specialty: Communications.

Notes: A former member of Liger who served alongside Blade. She served as the gunner to Starscream, but eventually left for "personal reasons." Her transfer assigned her to team Sapphire Dragon (Trent's former team), where she was against transferred as a result of Gauntlet to the Holiday Sweets. After leaving team Liger she began to date Starscream, and her "personal reasons" for leaving the team became clear.

When the Holiday Sweets teleported off the Revelation they took her, and several other members with them. This nearly led to her being experimented on at the hands of Black Shell. She was rescued before anything too severe could be done to her, and has since been assigned to her current post. Even though she is only a gunner it is important to note she is not a subordinate. She is actually the second in command to Blade, a role she once served on Liger.

Name: Honorary Lt. Junior Grade Fausserian Segon.

Fighter Model: Dual Strike.

Gender: Male.

Race: Palgron (Alien).

Squadron: Ruby.

Division: Wanderer's Gate.

Call Sign: Snow Angel.

Specialty: Piloting.

Notes: One of the few aliens onboard the Revelation. When the ship first set off from Terra it was run solely by Terrans. However, after the Black Shell Incident and all the help from their allies, aliens who joined in the SEP could become official members. He was first found crashed on a world and rescued by team Escape Velocity. Due to his feelings and loyalty to Lt. Junior Grade Meredith Wynters he decided to join the SEP himself.

Having served in the Palgron military previously he was able to pass the Academy in the Accelerated Program, taking only six months to become an official SEP member. Since he is in part a new recruit, but served time in the Palgron military he is given an "honorary" rank. After working together during the Black Shell Incident, Blade made the request for Segon to be assigned to his team.

Even though Segon is his surname he prefers it over his first. In Palgron society it is customary to refer to them by their last names in social and friendly environments. Only if there is another with the same last name, such as a family member, is it more accepted. Otherwise it is actually taken as a sign of anger or disappointment when someone else uses it. This is similar to how some Terran parents use a child's middle name to indicate they are in trouble.

Name: Ensign Porthar Oscher

Fighter Model: Dual Strike (Gunner)

Gender: Male.

Race: Beagle (Dog).

Squadron: Ruby.

Division: Wanderer's Gate.

Call Sign: Star Watcher.

Specialty: Tactical Analyst, Observer.

Notes: Young and idealistic, he is primarily a tactical analyst, viewing and deciphering information more than actually partaking. Though he's combat training is lacking and the fact he's classified as easily excitable can make him a risk factor, Blade volunteered to take him onto the team while others viewed him as a potential liability. Blade has shown no signs of regret for his decision. What he lacks in training he makes up for in effort and spirit, never once giving less then his very best at all times.

His presence on the ship is part of new regulations requiring a certain degree of "observation" on the off-world teams. Observers are meant to objectively view the missions and information available and give unbiased reports. While they are a part of the team their primary purpose is to try and find inefficient use of resources, find ways to streamline duties, and make sure things run smoothly. The real truth behind it is they are meant to help prevent a second Black Shell Incident. Ironically, this tactic actually mimics one Black Shell used to help infiltrate Escape Velocity, assigning a reporter as an observer for a story.

Name: Ensign Heillin Rollux.

Fighter Model: Strike.

Gender: Male.

Race: Armadillo.

Squadron: Ruby.

Division: Wanderer's Gate.

Call Sign: Roll Out.

Specialty: Mechanic.

Notes: A talented mechanic whose excellence caused him to shine at the SEP Academy. Though he still has a lot to learn he learns quickly and shows remarkable promise. He passed with top marks from all of his instructors and came highly recommended. Not only is he skilled with basic mechanics, but has a good mind for jury-rigging equipment to make it work with whatever supplies are available. This skill can prove a remarkable talent in the field.

He grew up in a farm that relied primarily on old and outdated technology, his father having an affinity for the classics. From a very young age he began to make repairs to the equipment, taking things apart and finding ways to make them work. However he always dreamed of the sky. When he learned of the decision to explore the galaxy he signed up with the SEP immediately, despite warnings his chances of being accepted for actual space duty were slim.

Name: Ensign Anasi Obsolynn.

Fighter Model: Strike.

Gender: Male.

Race: Koala.

Squadron: Ruby.

Division: Wanderer's Gate.

Call Sign: Eclipse.

Specialty: Medic.

Notes: His exceptional skill in medicine makes him a highly valued doctor. With knowledge of both botany and holistic medicine allows him to find medicines in even many alien environments. In a medical situation his aid can be nearly irreplaceable, but his skill in combat leaves much to be desired having only the bear minimum requirements in that regard.

He's a vegetarian whose diet consists mostly of eucalyptus leaves when they are available. Though he can stomach certain other vegetation any attempt to eat meat will make him violently ill. He is usually chewing on something whether it is a long blade of grass, a stalk of celery, or something else. This is perhaps his most notable habit.

Division 60: Whirlwind (Name Only)

Division 66: Golden Meadow (Field Leader, Fairy Dancer, Mystic Brew)

Division 71: Big Time

Name: Lt. Crayes Wroth.

Fighter Model: Strike.

Gender: Male.

Race: Eagle.

Squadron: Ruby.

Division: Big Time.

Call Sign: Roc.

Specialty: Communications, Team Leader.

Notes: Larger than life is a fitting way to describe Lt. Wroth. Born with a birth defect that is usually preventable he's grown far larger than others of his species, closer in size to an elephant than an eagle. Without modern medical science this defect would have caused him to die at an early age, his size being too large for his biology to sustain. While he requires regular medical treatments he's been able to live a fairly normal life.

There are those who believe, due to his defect and regular medical treatments, that it is too risky for someone with his condition and requirements to routinely leave the ship. However his condition can be maintained for weeks without treatment, and with proper care and caution maybe even months before a treatment becomes critically important. The risks are ultimately up to Lt. Wroth to determine, and he shows no intention of limiting himself.

Lt. Wroth speaks with a controlled voice at all times, never raising his voice or letting emotion seep into his words. This is not to say he has no emotions, just that he's skilled at controlling them so that logic and reason can rule most of his actions. He's not skilled in many languages, only knowing a couple and specializing more in the technical aspects of communication. His other strong point is his carefully controlled voice that helps give his words power. When he speaks, others tend to listen.

The call sign Roc comes from an ancient myth about a large bird similar to an eagle capable of carrying off an elephant in its talon. There are no confirmed records of such a creature ever having really existed, but there are some modern experts speculate that the Roc of legend is nothing more than a bird with the same birth defect as Lt. Wroth. Whether true or not, Lt. Wroth has decided to embrace the name as his personal call sign.

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Jons Sofar.

Fighter Model: Strike.

Gender: Male.

Race: Elephant.

Squadron: Ruby.

Division: Big Time.

Call Sign: Stampede.

Specialty: Mechanic.

Notes:

Name:

Fighter Model: Strike.

Gender: Female.

Race: Hippopotamus.

Squadron: Ruby.

Division: Big Time.

Call Sign: Overturn.

Specialty: Medic.

Notes: Very delicate touch despite size

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Bastion Riphorn.

Fighter Model: Strike.

Gender: Male.

Race: Rhino.

Squadron: Ruby.

Division: Big Time.

Call Sign: Hard Case.

Specialty: Galactic Law.

Notes: A licensed lawyer for the SEP with knowledge of several other legal systems and laws (not the same as rules) set down by some of the ancient races. While it is impossible to know the legal system of a new race, his knowledge of varying law sets can be crucial to figuring it out quickly.

If a legal situation does arise with any space traveling race, his knowledge of galactic law allows him to know the specific conditions that warrant mediation by one of the ancient races should it be desired or necessary. While only a small number of situations are covered, there are ways to expand on what is there and loopholes that only a trained lawyer can help to utilize.

He originally signed up for military service and went through pilot training near the end of the Jawaguar Invasion. Once the conflict came to an end he went into military law. It was recently decided it would be best for his career to be assigned to an exploration class ship.

Name:

Fighter Model: Dual Strike.

Gender: Male.

Race: Ox.

Squadron: Ruby.

Division: Big Time.

Call Sign: Charger.

Specialty: Combat.

Notes: Not the brightest, but good at what he does.

Name: Ensign Vannjer Bolti.

Fighter Model: Dual Strike (Gunner).

Gender: Male.

Race: Bull.

Squadron: Ruby.

Division: Big Time.

Call Sign: Bull Fighter.*

Specialty: Weapons Technician.

Notes: He is skilled with repairing, building, and modifying weapons. His call sign is a result of his skill in boxing* and winning the boxing tournament for his category in the SEP Academy. With all of his training when he retires from the military he could still make an excellent career in bodyguard work.

He is skilled with weapons and fighting, but is very passive in nature. When possible he avoids verbal and physical confrontations equally. His personality is rather quiet, keeping mostly to himself. It is not that he dislikes people or incapable of being friendly, just that he tends to have nothing to say. If a conversation is started with him in particular he is capable of contributing without being pressured.

*Special Note: Bull fighting is the term originally used for boxing. It was a sport developed primarily by bulls. Later it developed and spread among many other races. Those who were skilled in the techniques of the sport were known as bull fighters. The terms boxing and boxers were developed to keep it from being racial, but it was not until many years later they became widely accepted.

Division 77: Escape Velocity (Player Characters)

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Dexter Trent.

Fighter Model: Interceptor.

Gender: Male.

Race: Human.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Escape Velocity.

Call Sign: Machina.

Specialty: Mechanic, Team Leader.

Notes: Player Character.

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Meredith Wynters.

Fighter Model: Dual Strike.

Gender: Female.

Race: Human.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Escape Velocity.

Call Sign: Radar.

Specialty: Communications.

Notes: Player Character.

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Kahl Sims.

Fighter Model: Dual Strike (Gunner).

Gender: Male.

Race: Skunk.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Escape Velocity.

Call Sign: The Arc.

Specialty: Archeologist/Mathematics.

Notes: Originally a SEP field reported assigned to Escape Velocity as an observer. His skills allowed him to serve as a gunner in a Dual Strike though his strengths lied in archeology and mathematics, specializing in trajectory arcs in particular. Even though it is rare in this day and age, he still wears glasses for his sight. One of his more notable habits is the fact he doesn't use contractions in his speech.

It was later discovered he was a member of Black Shell. After being held in custody for three months undergoing a military tribunal he was sentenced to an additional six months of imprisonment. Though he helped in bringing down Black Shell he also refused to give up the names of fellow associates on principle. He has now been reassigned to Escape Velocity as a full fledged member.

Name: Ensign Mitkiff Daewood.

Fighter Model: Strike.

Gender: Male.

Race: Lemur.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Escape Velocity.

Call Sign: Ice Sculpture.

Specialty: Medic.

Notes: In addition to medical skills he is well credited for his abilities with pistols. He is reported as having expert precision and can substitute as a sniper. With his skill in biology and medicine he's proficient in hand to hand techniques that use vital points to quickly take down an opponent.

These talents add up to make him an asset as a doctor and a fighter, even being able to keep a cool head in most conditions. The downside is that his split expertise has caused him to develop little versatility outside those two areas. In addition, the emphasis on combat has caused some of him to not be as skilled in the area of medicine as some others.

He's excellent at following orders. His actions have an unwavering patience. Unless ordered otherwise his actions tend to be in favor of countering rather than taking the initiative. Under the instruction of Sandrel Merkett his precision and accuracy with a gun played a pivotal role in helping to prevent Black Shell from gaining a foothold in the SEP Academy.

Name: Ensign Tag Knightly.

Fighter Model: Strike.

Gender: Female.

Race: Wolf, black fur.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Escape Velocity.

Call Sign: System Failure.

Specialty: Survivalist.

Notes: An expert at surviving in any extreme environment. Whether the location is space, water, wilderness, or desert she is skilled at finding and conserving food, water, and oxygen. If stranded her knowledge can be the difference between life and death. She's not much of a people person and typically prefers to be alone or with animals that live in nature. Those that others classify as sentient make her far more uncomfortable.

Name: Ensign Tarsa Krel-Oltan.

Fighter Model: Dual Strike.

Gender: Female.

Race: Mountain Lion.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Escape Velocity.

Call Sign: Night Lotus.

Specialty: Combat.

Notes: She has a good balance of close and ranged combat, but not as skilled as a specialist in either, as well as good instincts for being a fighter pilot. She has a habit of being impulsive and taking initiative. While this can be a useful it can be equally dangerous depending on the circumstances. Despite a temper (especially when losing), impulsiveness, and fast reaction she's not a very violent person. After divorcing a fellow recruit after just one month of marriage she has still kept her married name.

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Hawlk Sader.

Fighter Model: Dual Strike (Gunner)

Gender: Male.

Race: Weasel.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Escape Velocity.

Call Sign: Shadow Stalker.

Specialty: Marksman/Sniper.

Notes: Little is known about his past. When he signed up with the SEP at the youngest possible recruitment age, a thorough background check was launched but nothing found. No records of his parents, school, or anything else before his joining up. His entire life before the SEP is off the books, a rarity in this day and age, and he never talks about it himself. Once he joined the SEP he immersed completely in his training. The concept of eating, sleeping, and breathing the military life exemplifies his mentality. He proved himself quickly and found a posting on the Revelation as part of the Ninth Infiltration Platoon, Diamond Back.

For the last two years he's functioned as sniper, trap maker, and at times drop pilot. In his training he learned small team tactics and guerrilla warfare. There is little else in the life of Shadow Stalker other than getting the job done. Instead of doing things like watching movies with friends or learning to dance or play chess, he's spent all his free time training and learning anything he could that would help him become a better soldier. He's recently been transferred to flight duty in an exchange program. Now, he is a full time pilot serving with Escape Velocity.

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Hurgo Leinelon.

Fighter Model: Strike.

Gender: Male.

Race: Chameleon.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Escape Velocity.

Call Sign: Mirage.

Specialty: Espionage.

Notes: He was a very quite individual who kept to himself. When he spoke it was almost always in a whisper. His specialty rested in black ops which fit perfectly with his natural aptitude which had a way to avoid being noticed unless he wished it otherwise. While the Revelation had broken away from Terra during the Black Shell Incident he died in a battle with the Senti.

Status: Deceased.

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Zelk Corawl

Fighter Model: Strike.

Gender: Male.

Race: Mouse.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Escape Velocity.

Call Sign: Black Plague.

Specialty: Combat.

Notes: He had trouble controlling his tail from swaying on its own. His whiskers often twitched when he was feeling impatient or annoyed. After returning to Terra combined with the loss of the former Wing Commander, the traitor Gauntlet, there was a power void for the Revelation's Command Staff. During this gap in positions he was transferred to a different post.

Status: Transferred.

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Placis Vorn.

Fighter Model: Strike.

Gender: Male.

Race: Penguin.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Escape Velocity.

Call Sign: Ice Pack.

Specialty: Medic.

Notes: An older member of the SEP who looked nearing the age of retirement. His slow movement was only offset by his experience. He rarely spoke with any sense of rush and had a habit of causing certain letters to drag and roll as he spoke. After returning to Terra combined with the loss of the former Wing Commander, the traitor Gauntlet, there was a power void for the Revelation's Command Staff. During this gap in positions he was transferred to a different post.

Status: Transferred.

Name: Ensign Harrital "Harry" Aminski.

Fighter Model: Dual Strike (Gunner)

Gender: Male.

Race: Coyote.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Escape Velocity.

Call Sign: Silent Deep.

Specialty: Infiltration.

Notes: Trained in demolitions and use of heavy artillery, including the piloting of tanks and APC. His skills focus mostly on being able to get behind enemy lines quickly and quietly.  While no medic he is skilled in first aid to administer aid quickly when a real medic is not available.

While competent in using small team tactics he does not function nearly as well in large groups. This is not the same as inability, but being out of his element. He is noted of playing several practical jokes on fellow cadets. Though his sense of humor may not mesh with many others, few seem to hold a lasting grudge as the intent is clearly meant to be in good humor.

Status: Transferred (to Diamond Back Platoon).

Race: Black cat.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Escape Velocity.

Call Sign: Grinning Reaper.

Specialty:

Notes: Player Character.

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Zachory Murphy the Fourth.

Fighter Model: Strike.

Gender: Male.

Race: Crab.

Division: Escape Velocity (a.k.a. Event Horizon).

Call Sign: (To Be Determined)

Specialty: Medic.

Notes: Player Character.

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Hellex Leisor.

Fighter Model: Strike.

Gender: Male.

Race: Monkey.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Escape Velocity (a.k.a. Event Horizon).

Call Sign: Laser.

Specialty: Communications.

Notes: He has a bright mind, some say even genius. His strength lies in his knowledge of communication technologies, and specializing in laser communications, with only a passing familiarity in Roan and Elcon. After a tour of duty on the Murder he's been transferred to the Revelation. While he's performed his duties well, his last C/O describes him as having too much energy, and suggests that if he could channel some of that energy into productivity he'd be able to go much farther.

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Amber Teloiv

Fighter Model: Strike.

Gender: Female.

Race: Red Squirrel.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Escape Velocity (a.k.a. Event Horizon).

Call Sign: Scarlet.

Specialty: Mechanics.

Notes: As talented of a mechanic she is, her real talent comes from her ability to make things work even without the proper equipment and/or parts. She's reported as having a real knack to jury-rig items together. Even if these items don't always last very long they usually last long enough to get the job done.

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Morval Coltess.

Fighter Model: Strike.

Gender: Male.

Race: Rat.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Escape Velocity (a.k.a. Event Horizon).

Call Sign: Scavenger.

Specialty: Demolitions.

Notes:  A former demolitions expert tearing down buildings, he decided to use his demolitions skills for a new purpose when he joined the SEP. He's skilled at setting up and properly disposing of explosives, and the SEP helped teach him how to build various explosives from available materials. In addition, his prior vocation helped train him in effective methods at salvaging and recycling.

Division 88: Valiant Circle

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Leci Afolone.

Fighter Model: Strike (Upgraded).

Gender: Female.

Race: Iguana.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Valiant Circle.

Call Sign: Knight Life.

Specialty: Medic, Team Leader.

Notes: Previously served as a very competent second on a different team. Though she was only second in command she acted more like the team leader, even more so than the official team leader. The team leader was likeable and a talented officer, but unfortunately did not live up to his potential and appeared unmotivated as leader. During an evaluation while at Terra he was removed as team leader and transferred off of the Revelation. To avoid potential conflict with former team members who may bear some ill feelings at her for replacing him she was given a new team instead.

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Elstere Mortel.

Fighter Model: Strike (Upgraded).

Gender: Male.

Race: Raccoon.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Valiant Circle.

Call Sign: Space Knight.

Specialty: Spatial Sciences.

Notes: One of the more attractive males on the ship by looks alone, he tends to wear sleek, armored flight gear and a pair of goggles that rest on the top of his head to be easily pulled into place whenever needed. He enjoys high speeds and used to actually pilot an interceptor class fighter, but opted for a strike model when joining the Valiant Circle division in favor of team unity.

His abilities and understanding spatial science and theory are phenomenal, but he tends to focus his skills at piloting instead. While his mind is well suited for science his love is speed and piloting. Initially he seemed to show no promise as a pilot, but after long hours of dedication and practice he's truly become a top-notch pilot. He is an asset to any team, whether it's his skills as a pilot or his expertise in science. Due to his skill and an excellent attitude he's earned the position as Knight Life's second in command.

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Cireo Marcosso.

Fighter Model: Strike.

Gender: Male.

Race: Grasshopper.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Valiant Circle.

Call Sign: Emerald Knight.

Specialty: Communications.

Notes: He comes from a fairly educated background and enjoys spending some of his free time reading a good book, classic literature being among his favorites. In addition he is a very talented violinist. On Terra he even performed in a small orchestra. Though his upbringing comes from the upper class he doesn't ever treat anyone as beneath him, but treats everyone with an air of dignity. His expertise lies in communications, both linguistic and technical.

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Saph Ralm.

Fighter Model: Dual Strike.

Gender: Male.

Race: Old English Sheepdog.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Valiant Circle.

Call Sign: Silent Knight.

Specialty: Mechanic.

Notes: Silent and tough, during a previous mission he suffered an accident that permanently damaged his vocal cords. Cybernetic surgery was performed to give him implants so that he could speak again, but he rarely does so. The only time he speaks is when it's absolutely necessary, usually upon the order of a superior officer or urgent and life threatening.

Even before the accident he didn't speak much, but now it has been taken to a much greater degree. There have been tests performed to make sure the equipment is working and doesn't cause unnecessary pain, but everything checks out normal. In the rare times he does speak analysis have been run to confirm his voice is the same as before the incident, so it's not a matter of a strange and foreign voice making him hesitant. It simply appears to only be a character trait. Due to his condition though, few rarely make him speaking an order.

His expressions are usually serious when he's on the job, rarely showing any emotions as if he were nothing more than a machine carrying out a job. He performs his duties without ever needing to be asked and has no problems following orders. Those closest to him have learned to read his expressions and even a simple look to know what he's thinking or trying to say. Off duty his expressions vary far more and he can almost seem friendly if it weren't for the fact he never speaks to anyone. This fact seems to have caused some to grow even closer to him.

Name: Ensign Kanna Entri.

Fighter Model: Dual Strike (Gunner).

Gender: Female.

Race: Red Panda.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Valiant Circle.

Call Sign: Red Knight (formerly Gateway).

Specialty: Social Sciences.

Notes: Studied in psychology, sociology, as well as racial development. Her skills allow her to learn a considerable amount about individuals by reading subtle differences in body language, tone of speech, eye movement, etc. This is not the same as a communications specialist who can translate spoken words and methods of communicating.

In addition, by studying various races including the wide variety of species on Terra she is able to make logical conclusions about a race due to racial features. Many racial features, in theory, are a direct result of evolution as a result of environment. This can be useful in trying to determine if the race is friendly or hostile by nature, potential weaknesses or possible capabilities, etc. While what she determines should only be used as a guideline since they are only educated guesses, these guidelines can be a valuable tool in first encounters.

She has made it clear her main motivation for joining the SEP was for the exploration aspects, not the military side. This has been done through her selection in classes, her focuses in study, and voiced opinion. While she is not the strongest pilot she has stated her main motivation for taking the piloting courses was she felt it would be her best chance to get a placement on an exploration class ship. Her piloting scores are a bit below average for those that are typically allowed to serve on an exploration class ship, but are still within the required range (lower end).

Name: Ensign Morlin Orando.

Fighter Model: Dual Strike.

Gender: Male.

Race: Shetland Pony.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Valiant Circle.

Call Sign: Shining Knight.

Specialty: Combat.

Notes: Most notably is his skill with a sword. He has put such effort into perfecting his technique with a sword he lacks very much versatility. While like most combatants he is capable of detecting an ambush and traps, he is not nearly as skilled at setting either as most other combat specialists.

He has customized light armor that is designed to look more medieval in design. This is an individual who believes the honor and ideals of knights are something which should not be forgotten and is determined to try and bring about its rebirth. The fact he has such a strong moral code can cause problems. Not only does he believe in doing what is right he feels the need to insist the same in others causing possible conflicts if the team he is on uses less than honorable methods.

While he isn't known to start any fights he does have trouble retreating from one. Though his tactics are not very notable, he is one of the few other students to be able to win a fair share of battles against Sandrel Merkett, Black Knight. Some believe that he just has good luck, but others believe that it is his courage and straight forward mentality that no strategy can truly be prepared.

Name: Ensign Sandrel Merkett.

Fighter Model: Dual Strike (Gunner).

Gender: Male.

Race: Fennec Fox.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Valiant Circle.

Call Sign: Black Knight.

Specialty: Strategist.

Notes: He is skilled in various military strategies and deductive reasoning. His scores in various strategic games, especially chess, are astounding showing an amazing ability to adapt demonstrating it is not a mere ability to memorize the strategies of others. The main flaw with his ability to strategize is that he requires information. While skilled at gaining military intelligence if there is an information void he can have trouble coming up with a strategy or making a decision. If he can overcome this hang up it is believed he may one day become a skilled leader.

At the end Black Shell incident when the war began he was able to predict the Black Shell movements. Using the skill of his fellow classmate Mitkiff Daewood and a few others they were able to prevent Black Shell from gaining a foothold into the SEP Academy. Also included in this strategy was a skilled hacker, but unfortunately he died during the encounter. While there were others involved, none played as a pivotal role nor are the deemed qualified to serve on an exploration class ship.

Division 96: Sextant

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Penelore Taifaye.

Fighter Model: Dual Strike.

Gender: Female.

Race: Mink, golden fur.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Sextant.

Call Sign: Harmony.

Specialty: Medic, Team Leader.

Notes: Harmony is the team leader for Sextant Division. She's a skilled medical doctor with a strong affinity for nursing sick and injured animals (non-intelligent life forms). Her personality is very sweet and caring, which some feel is inappropriate as a team leader in a military operation. While it is true combat is her weakest point, she's still competent due to basic military training. What she lacks in combat she more than makes up for by excelling in public relations.

Her second in command is her twin brother, call sign Gold. Two siblings being on the same team is rather unusual, but the two have made such an excellent combination that command has allowed the pairing. The two share a sibling bond that makes them a formidable team in a Dual Strike, working together in flawless unison where it would take others time to communicate and synch. Harmony was born one minute earlier and is considered the "elder" sibling.

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Marteve Taifaye.

Fighter Model: Dual Strike (Gunner).

Gender: Male.

Race: Mink, golden fur.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Sextant.

Call Sign: Gold.

Specialty: Navigation.

Notes: Second in command of Sextant and twin brother to Harmony, Gold is an expert at navigation. Even in an environment like space and despite combat maneuvers he always seems to have a good bearing of where he is and where everything else is located. This aids him greatly as a gunner, both in combat and when plotting a course. During his off hours he is known to be a bit of a lady's man, having spent more time with Nova and the two becoming good friends.

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Aedam Haus.

Fighter Model: Strike.

Gender: Male.

Race: Peacock.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Sextant.

Call Sign: Nova.

Specialty: Communications.

Notes: As a communications expert Lt. Junior Grade Haus is an asset to Sextant. His skill on duty is never in question, but his personality while off duty causes many to look down upon him. He's well known for spending time with a lot of different women which many view as unprofessional, even though he never lets it interfere with his ship duties. The Haus family line is well known for proud military service making his extracurricular activities all the more scandalous. Harmony often questions whether she made the right decision when selecting Nova for her team, feeling he is a bad influence on her "younger" brother.

In addition to his well known off duty activities, there are rumors that there is also something going on between him and Lt. Trin. The fact they are both on the same team would make this strictly against ship regulations, but those that see them together often sense chemistry between the two. Despite rumors, all indications suggest both respect the rules of the military leaving anything else to pure rumor.

Name: Lt. Ella Trin.

Fighter Model: Strike.

Gender: Female.

Race: Fox.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Sextant.

Call Sign: Star.

Specialty: Combat; ranged.

Notes: Lt. Trin is a highly skilled combatant. Prior to her being assigned on the Revelation she led several combat missions with great skill. Her career was on the fast track rising through the ranks and showing great promise. Unfortunately the fastest rises can also lead to the fastest falls. During the last mission she led an incident occurred that set her back.

While the records of that mission have been sealed, it's known that she suffered some type of mental breakdown. The military has officially cleared her of any wrong doing, not demoting her rank or even leaving so much as a reprimand on her record. Despite the military not finding her at fault, the mission took a toll on her mentally forcing her to be removed from active duty for close to two years.

Her last recorded mission occurred at nearly the same time as some began to uncover the hidden Black Shell faction, and she didn't return to active duty until after the Incident was resolved. Due to the timing many suspect that the two are somehow connected, but there is no proof to support this theory. If asked directly she'll simply say "no" but never elaborate on the answer. This could suggest she's in on the cover up, or merely she has no desire to discuss the truth.

After her mental breakdown many feel she is a liability on missions as she may relapse. However she has been cleared by several doctors who feel she is ready to return to duty. Instead of returning to heavy combat missions, many of whose records have been sealed, she has become a pilot on the Revelation. Few are sure if this is by choice or a forced reassignment. She is the only Lt. to actively serve under a Lt. Junior Grade in the divisions of the Revelation. This is likely the result of her prior mental breakdown.

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Kysa Markos.

Fighter Model: Strike.

Gender: Female.

Race: Tanuki.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Sextant.

Call Sign: Zero.

Specialty: Stealth and demolitions.

Notes: Lt. Junior Grade Markos believes in doing most things herself, including making her own explosives whenever possible. She's not the most talkative, but more because she's socially awkward and has trouble getting along well with others. Her knowledge of explosives also works well with pyrotechnics and fireworks, both of which she has a fond appreciation for. The reason her call sign is Zero is because if a job is done right then it should appear as if no one has ever been there: zero evidence.

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Orden Pembroke.

Fighter Model: Dual Strike.

Gender: Male.

Race: Andalusian (Horse).

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Sextant.

Call Sign: Warsong.

Specialty: Combat.

Notes: While Starunner proves a useful mechanic, during a recent mission his skills as a pilot proved they left something to be desired. Though competent and knowledgeable as a pilot, he proved a weak link with piloting scores on the lower end of requirement. This caused Harmony to request him to transfer to a Dual Strike as a gunner.  Starunner agreed prompting a new pilot to be assigned to the team.

Though Warsong may be the newest member he has quickly found his place on the team and now fits right in. As a unit, Warsong and Starunner make a good pair. This is in part due to the strong friendship and bond that formed between the two, almost as soon as they were introduced. Outside of combat Warsong is well known by many for his beautiful singing voice, often singing ballads during downtime.

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Eisen Absar

Fighter Model: Dual Strike (Gunner).

Gender: Male.

Race: Wolf.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Sextant.

Call Sign: Starunner.

Specialty: Mechanic.

Notes: An excellent mechanic, the main limitation of Starunner is his piloting. Though below average scores, his skill in a fighter is still higher than the minimum requirements for a pilot. After a mission went badly, it was agreed he'd be better off as a gunner in a Dual Strike than the main pilot of a single person fighter.

In addition to a natural aptitude, he's trained hard to improve his speed to be one of the fastest beings on land, being surpassed only by the raw speed of cheetahs. He's also trained himself in the old Terran style of movement known as parkour, using the mentality that the fastest way between two points is a straight line regardless of whatever obstacles lie in between.

Division 99: White Serenade

Name: Honorary Lt. Junior Grade Massandra Teni.

Fighter Model: Interceptor.

Gender: Female.

Race: Palgron (Alien).

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: White Serenade.

Call Sign: Nightstalker.

Specialty: Communications, Team Leader.

Notes:

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Airogos Tronist.

Fighter Model: Reconnaissance.

Gender: Male.

Race: White Tiger.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: White Serenade.

Call Sign: Blizzard.

Specialty: Sniper.

Notes:

Name: Ensign Fay Valtree.

Fighter Model: Strike.

Gender: Female.

Race: Zebra.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: White Serenade.

Call Sign: The Runner.

Specialty: Piloting.

Notes: If it flies or drives she can pilot it. She's able to learn new types of craft at an amazing speed and it often seems as if she was born to be a pilot. With top notch reflexes her piloting scores can often compete with those of Deathstorm. Despite her skill at piloting, as a combat pilot Deathstorm are superior in tactics, targeting, teamwork, and experience. Her ability to handle incredible speeds has led Flight Commander Klantris Begor to believe she may be capable of bringing out the full potential of the Interceptor.

She is young, loves speed, and cocky. This attitude often makes it difficult for her to work well in a group. Her confidence leads her to believe she can do anything when it comes to piloting and often takes on foolish challenges, though she often wins despite the odds. So far these challenges have all been simulated without her having access to an actual craft at her disposal.

Name: Ensign Atkoun Callas.

Fighter Model: Strike.

Gender: Female.

Race: Cat.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: White Serenade.

Call Sign: Dazzler.

Specialty: Physical Feats.

Notes: Highly acrobatic, skill in picking locks, escaping, and climbing. While she is skilled in combat she cannot compete with a combat specialist. If there is a need to get into a restricted area or to escape from an area her talents can be invaluable. She is actually a former thief who joined the program as an alternate to jail time. Since then she has proven herself a competent and skilled member of the SEP. Even though she seems to have the habit of "keeping in practice" it is deemed she can be trusted, and usually returns anything she takes regardless of being caught or not.

Division 100: Reavers

Name: Lt. Junior Grade Zaladesh.

Fighter Model:

Gender: Male.

Race: African Lion.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Reavers.

Call Sign: Archon.

Specialty:

Notes: After completing repairs to the Revelation and finishing the flight tests at Amielle Air Base, the Revelation made a stop at planet Paradise before leaving Terran space. While there they picked up a few additional crew members. Among that list, and perhaps the primary purpose for the extra trip, was Lt. Junior Grade Zaladesh. Even through boot camp he's been reported as a natural born leader. When he graduated from the SEP Academy there were no postings available on an exploration class ship, so instead he found himself posted on Paradise. While Paradise is well known for peace and relaxation, what many don't realize is the hard work required to keep it that way. An assignment such as Paradise is considered a high profile assignment and quite stressful for most.

Though the details haven't been revealed, during his stay something happened that required immediate action. At the time only an ensign, Zaladesh quickly took control of the situation and earned him a promotion to the rank of Lt. Junior Grade. In his report of the situation, the admiral overseeing Paradise operations wrote that Zaladesh reminded him of a young commander who once served under him by the name of Hargoyn.

When the opportunity presented itself and a position opened up on the Revelation, Lt. Junior Grade Zaladesh was immediately transferred over. There are confirmed reports that Captain Hargoyn headed down the planet during this exchange. Some rumors say the captain made the trip to see his old post, while other rumors suggest he made the trip solely to meet Zaladesh in person. Though he is still young in his career there are high hopes for him, and every indication he will live up to those expectations. He is clever, quick-thinking, willing to take command in a crisis situation, and a natural born leader. Those who meet him often speak of how he has a commanding presence that is hard to ignore.

Name: Lt. Senna Rinma.

Fighter Model:

Gender: Female.

Race: Black Panther.

Squadron: Emerald.

Division: Reavers.

Call Sign: Doombringer.

Specialty:

Notes: Some would call her lucky, others cursed. She is the sole survivor from three different divisions. All three divisions have been completely wiped out through various battles. During her last space battle she and her wingman remained marooned on a planet's surface. After crashing they managed to detect a civilization advanced enough to radio for help. For the next three days she carried her badly injured wingman on her back. He died from his injuries as medics rushed to his aid. For her efforts she was promoted to the rank of lieutenant.

When she exited the SEP Academy her original call sign had been the Diamond Dragon. The call sign came from the diamond ring she always wore around her neck. Apparently the ring was a gift from her fiancé, a highly skilled SEP fighter pilot who had graduated a year before she finished training. Before she graduated, he died during a routine training exercise when his fighter collided with a meteor.
