O.C.C.

This is a collection of new O.C.C. All of these have been done by me. Some of my work has been printed in one medium or another, so I've provided a quick reference for those classes and where they can be found. If you like my work you can check out these sources, or you may just see something you would like to look a closer look at on the list.

Clergy

Abider O.C.C. (Clergy): Fanatics of Osiris who inhabit the Labyrinth.

Entertainer

Circus Bowman O.C.C. (Entertainer): These archers perform best in front of crowds, joining circuses and other traveling shows. They're not the best fighters, but are second to none in precision. See Rifter 45 for details. Get the issue here (or if you prefer PDF).

Men of Arms

Blind Warrior O.C.C. (Men of Arms): Just because these men and women can't see doesn't mean they're not dangerous. Blinded by fate, warriors by choice.

Dominator O.C.C. (Men of Arms): "Might makes right" is the philosophy of these fighters. Their physical training grants them abilities above most mortals, but that power comes with limitations. While they can make great villains, they can also make interesting allies and player characters.

Whirling Dervish O.C.C. (Men of Arms): A class of fighter that specializes in using shields. This is an open O.C.C., but has roots tied to old elven philosophy and spiritualism. Disclaimer: Inspired by the concept of Jupios on the Palladium Fantasy forums.

Demon Archer O.C.C. (Men of Arms): Palladin meets archer in this O.C.C. that focuses on fighting demons and other supernatural threats. See Rifter 45 for details. Get the issue here (or if you prefer PDF).

Gnome Fury O.C.C. (Men of Arms): Gnomes only. A group of gnomes that derive their power from channeling anger. See Rifter 0.1 (coming soon) for details.

True Fury O.C.C. (Men of Arms): Gnomes only. Variation on the Gnome Fury O.C.C.

Weapons Expert O.C.C. (Men of Arms): A conversion of the Heroes Unlimited power category, with altered skills and a new hand to hand style to fit the Palladium World. See Rifter 52 for details. Get the issue here (or if you prefer PDF).

Optional

Beast Jockey O.C.C. (Optional): Men and women that excel at riding animals. Disclaimer: Inspired by the concept of (and the name derived from) the Turbo Jockey in Rifts Dimension Book Three: Phase World Sourcebook.

Messenger O.C.C. (Optional): Delivering a message from one point to another is an important task. The Messengers help fill this role and has options that include world travelers, city runners, military messengers, and more. Disclaimer: The "natural movement" (parkour) ability/skill is inspired by a skill developed by Northern Ranger on the Palladium Fantasy forums.

Relic Hunter O.C.C. (Optional): An adventurer that's part Scholar and part Mercenary. They specialize in digging up ancient artifacts. Disclaimer: This is mostly a conversion of the Legacy Scout in Rifts World Book 26: Dinosaur Swamp.

Tainted O.C.C. (Optional & Template): Ordinary men and women who've come into contact with the supernatural and become irrevocably changed. This class is designed for adding elements role-playing. Note:The write-up includes both a traditional O.C.C., and a template that serves as an add-on to another O.C.C.

Practitioners of Magic

Metal Warlock O.C.C. (Practitioner of Magic): Human only. Another type of warlock, but one that doesn't follow the four elements. These elementals were last seen during the Elf-Dwarf War when they were believed to be wiped out., but have made a recent appearance with a select group of humans.

The Wild Huntress O.C.C. (Practitioner of Magic): Females only. Specializing in Woodland Magic, this class combines a hunter and magic. This class is based on the concepts of the Wild Hunts of ancient folk myth.

Psychic

'Porter O.C.C. (Psychic): Psychics who specialize in teleportation, both items and people.

Psi-Archer O.C.C. (Psychic): An archer that uses a psychic bow and arrow for combat. See Rifter 45 for details. Get the issue here (or if you prefer PDF).

Racial

Dark Knight O.C.C. (Men of Arms): Special training limited only to Dark Elves. This is part spy, thief, and assassin. Note: I had originally intended to make a whole collection of "Dark" O.C.C., but I lost momentum on the project. Then, after giving it more thought, I think I like having just the one class. Sorry to anyone who was looking forward to the other ones. I may yet find a way to use them in some other shape or form.

Riftlord O.C.C. (Practitioner of Magic): Quorian only. This is an expansion on the concept introduced in Palladium Fantasy Book 9: Baalgor Wastelands (by Bill Coffin). See Rifter 55 for details. Get the issue here (or if you prefer PDF).
